Crowd - LDAP 연결 시 특정 그룹의 rename 사항에 대한 변경을 반영하지 못함

Cause

원천 정보가 잘 못 되었거나, Crowd 의 설정에 문제가 있다.

Workaround

먼저, AD 쪽의 설정을 확인 해보는게 좋다.

1. AD 연결 정보 확인

2. AD 디렉토리 구조 확인

위의 두 항목에 이상이 없다면 다음을 확인한다.

• Crowd connector 정보의 INCREMENTAL SYNC 옵션을 확인

INCREMENTAL SYNC

We recommend that you turn on incremental synchronization. It will cause only changes since the last synchronization to be queried when synchronizing, thus significantly reducing synchronization resource usage.
